Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a one-time character of the Pok&eacute;mon anime who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna. He is voiced by Kazuhiro Nakata (adult), Megumi Hayashibara (boy) and Shin&#039;ichirō Miki (teenager) in the Japanese version and David Brimmer (adult) and Ed Paul (young) in the English version.    Victor lived on Seafoam Island with his Pikachu, Puka. Puka would always sit on the edge of a cliff, trying to detect the Humunga-Dunga (Japanese: ビッグ・チューズデー Big Tuesday), a huge wave that legendary surfer Jan surfed on many years before. Jan told Victor that he could surf the wave if he really tried.    Victor trained for years with Puka until he finally felt he could conquer the Humunga-Dunga. Ash and his friends happened to be on Seafoam Island when Victor was about to surf Humunga-Dunga. The wave hit the island, and Victor successfully rode it with Puka by his side.     Bulbapedia

A young boy named Satoshi embarks on a journey to become a "Pokémon Master" with his first Pokémon, Pikachu. Joining him on his travels are Takeshi, a girl-obsessed Rock Pokemon Trainer, and Kasumi, a tomboyish Water Pokémon Trainer who may have a crush on him. Satoshi and Co. end up traveling through various regions, including Kanto, the Orange Islands, and Johto, and then enter the Pokémon League competitions there. Along the way, they run into many confrontations with Musashi, Kojirou, and Nyarth, a trio of Pokémon thieves who are apart of an evil organization called "Team Rocket". But everytime Team Rocket try to do their evil deeds, they fail thanks to Satoshi and his Pokémon.<br><br>

David Brimmer is an American voice actor. Brimmer has been choreographing violence in New York, as well as in regional theaters around the country for over 20 years: from the current bational tour of Jekyll & Hyde and the Off-Broadway productions of Bug and Killer Joe to the Joseph Papp Public Theater's Blood Wedding. His choreography has been nominated for a Douglas Fairbanks Award for Excellence in Theater and his work is currently on file at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.  He is the creator and current instructor of the stage combat program at New York University's (NYU) Tisch School of the Arts, and has taught at the Classical Studio, the Stella Adler Conservatory, the Lee Strasberg Institute, the Playwrights Horizons Theater School, Atlantic Theater Company, and the Yale School of Music and Drama. He is a former President of the New York Fight Ensemble (NYFE) and a member of the Society of American Fight Directors.
