An elf that runs a landscaping business in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture's third largest city. He loves nature, has the ability to communicate with plants, and is a certified first-class landscape construction manager. He's the type of resident who claims that Machida City is part of Kanagawa Prefecture because the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus runs through the city.

2 years ago, the elves who lived in the hidden forest lost their homes due to a forest fire, now they are living in the Kanagawa Prefecture. 

This story however focuses on a human who becomes the roommate of an elf living in an apartment.

This is an urban fantasy comedy about the "elves of Kanagawa," who have completely adapted to modern Japan, centering on childhood friends, the "Yokohama elf" and the "Kawasaki man"!
