A high school student currently repeating his ■■ year of high school. Before he knew it, one of his classmates had become his homeroom teacher, but he doesn't particularly mind. He was once the biggest delinquent in Shounan, but now he enjoys school life and surfing with his friends to the fullest, and is a silly elf who wants to be popular today as well.

2 years ago, the elves who lived in the hidden forest lost their homes due to a forest fire, now they are living in the Kanagawa Prefecture. 

This story however focuses on a human who becomes the roommate of an elf living in an apartment.
