The mayor of Daten City and the boss of the demon sisters. His true form is a demon with pale blue skin, bony features and a conical hairstyle; when appearing in public he appears with more flesh and slicks his hair back, though his demonic features remain. He wears a rather tight corset and is constantly scratching his back. He also wears hooks to stretch his mouth and buckles on most of his body, and is seen often tightening them. He appears to be into self punishment and a fetish for bondage like Stocking. This evident from the buckles on his body, mouth stretchers and his namesake, the corset. He has an extreme interest with Hell's Monkey, a mystical key possessed by Brief, which has the power to unleash the forces of Hell on Earth. Now they spend their nights blowing up ghosts in the seedy abyss between Heaven and Earth. Panty likes sex, Stocking likes sweets, their afro-sporting main man Garter Belt has a fetish we can't mention. Together, they're turning the mean streets of Daten City into a buffet of bodily fluids. Ghosts don't stand a chance against their lingerie of mass destruction, and if this debaucherous duo can collect enough Heaven Coins, they just might get their halos back. It's a slim chance in hell, but anything can happen when you're rolling commando, especially with Panty and Stocking!

Christopher Owen Ayres was an American voice actor, ADR director and scriptwriter who worked on a number of Japanese anime series at Seraphim Digital/Sentai Filmworks, Funimation, OkraTron 5000 and New Generation Pictures. He got his start voice acting at ADV Films on Kino's Journey as an extra. In anime, he was known as the voice of Frieza from Dragon Ball Z Kai, Kei Kurono from Gantz, Prince Soma from Black Butler, and Shingen Takeda from the Sengoku Basara series. He is also known for Mock Combat for Cosplay panels at anime conventions.
