A second-year Pandora from the UK known as the Angel of Confinement (束縛の天使, Sokubaku no Tenshi). Originally the 2nd-ranked second-year Pandora, she became 1st-ranked after seizing the advantage of Kazuya's interference to defeat Satellizer. While she sees herself as Satellizer's rival, she does consider her a friend and comrade.  Her Volt Weapon, Chains of Binding (束縛の鎖, Sokubaku no Rensa), are four (six in the anime) chained flails attached to her back which she can manipulate in movement and length. In the anime, two of the flails transform into circular saws, which she uses to brutally attack Satellizer.

Set in a slightly futuristic world where Earth has been invaded and is at war with aliens from another dimension called the Nova, the story follows the adventures of a Japanese boy named Kazuya Aoi who enrolls for training at a special school for genetically modified girls called Pandoras who battle the aliens, and their male partners, called Limiters, who use a special power called "freezing" to limit their opponent's mobility. The protagonist makes the acquaintance of an unusual older girl named Satellizer el Bridget who appears to be the most powerful Pandora in her class, but has not yet chosen a male partner to be her Limiter, and in spite of the warnings of all his friends, he decides to be her Limiter.<br><br>

A Japanese voice actress and singer. She used to be a child actress by the name of Eri Okamura. 

She is primarily known for her role in Blood+ as Saya Otonashi and singing "Tsuyogari," the third ending for the anime series Konjiki No Gash Bell!! She is also known to be an amateur manga artist in Japan in her spare time. Kitamura is affiliated with talent agency Early Wing and was formerly affiliated with Kaleidoscope.

Currently works in the music unit ARTERY VEIN with Asami Imai. Also provides the voice of CUL, a Vocaloid.

These episodes focus on ecchi and comedy and don't have anything to do with the main story of Freezing. 

The Freezing Pair Love Stories manga tells the story of how the various Pandoras and Limiters met.<br><br>
