A second-year student at Seihō Middle School. He is always carrying an umbrella, and for some mysterious reason, it rains wherever he is, whether indoors or outdoors. He is highly sensitive to the air and humidity, and has a gentle, soft-spoken demeanor.

The year 1910. Iwamoto Kodou is a young boy who has successfully carried out many curious missions under the military's directive. His destinations lead to encounters with the strange, weaving tales of history that have yet to be told.
