Menomaru is a demon from China who attempts to invade Japan. he is opposed by Inuyasha&#039;s father but returns two-hundred years later to battle once more with Inuyasha.     He doesn&#039;t appear in the manga or the anime but is the main foe in Inuyasha the Movie- Affections Touching Across Time.     Two-hundred years after Inuyasha&#039;s father defeated Menomaru&#039;s father Hyoga, he is revived by the power of the Shikon shard when the jewel shattered.

200 years ago, InuYasha's father sealed away a powerful demon from China named Hyoga... A Shikon Jewel shard awakens Hyoga's son, Menomaru, inspiring him to absorb the remains of his father's power to take control of the world! It's now up to InuYasha and his friends to stop this nearly invincible foe!<br>
