He is is a troublemaker of Kaimei High School. The Sket Dan and Tsubaki frequently get his name wrong, resulting in him having a large number of nicknames. He is almost always seen together with his friend [Saburou](https://anilist.co/character/41976), and has a crush on [Chiaki](https://anilist.co/character/39021/).

At Kaimei High School, the Living Assistance Club (aka the Sket Brigade) was organized to help students with problems big or small. Most of the time, though, they hang out in their club room, bored, with only a few trivial problems floating in every once in a while. In spite of this, they still throw all their energy into solving these worries.

Nobuaki Kanemitsu is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with 81 Produce and provides voices for the Japanese version of Thomas & Friends.
