A second year student who is the president of the Half Priced Food Lovers Club. Her skill in bento brawls has led her to be known as The Ice Witch. Her title comes from her accidentally almost buying a beer called Ice Cold (氷結 Hyōketsu) because she liked the design and assumed it was a normal drink. While usually calm, she's very innocent and does not particularly know a lot outside of bento brawls and can sometimes be pretty clumsy. She can be very stubborn as well, especially when it involves a challenge from another bento brawler.   (Source: Wikipedia) 

Sato Yo is a high school boy who likes SEGA games. One day, he enters a grocery store to buy some food for dinner. When he tries to take a bento box, he loses consciousness. He comes around to find all the bento sold out. He notices there is a war game going on at grocery stores and players called "Wolves" compete for the half-priced bento. Yarizui Sen, the leader of the Half-Pricer Club, forces Yo to join the club and he enters the bento war.

Sen is a first year student in Karasuda Private High-school. In this high-school, in-dorm students aren't provided any lunch or dinner supposedly to make them take care of themselves better. As a result, a group of students and random youngsters with poor allowances decided to fight with each other in various supermarkets in order to get half-priced ben-to; and the most renowned of these fighters are known as "Wolves". One night, Sen entered one of these supermarkets and unwillingly got dragged into a fight with them until she is saved by a very famous one: the "Wizard" Kaneshiro Yu. The later proposed her to enter in the world of the ben-to fighting and this where her formidable adventure begins.
