Rakushun is a hanjyuu with the form of a rat. Though Youko is initially distrustful of him, he becomes her first good friend after she is taken from Japan, after managing to teach some essential skills to Yoko about life. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable and enrolled in the Daigaku of En. Youko wishes him to teach her about the politics and customs of the world.

Nakajima Youko is your average somewhat timid high school student. One day, a strange man named Keiki appears before her, swearing allegiance. Before she could properly register what was happening, demon-like creatures attack Youko and her friends, after which they are pulled into a different world. A world unlike what she has ever known. Separated from Keiki, Youko and her friends must do whatever they can if they wish to survive in this new world.

He left Artvision in 2012 and has found his own talent agency INTENTION. He is part of the voice actor unit STA☆MEN, alongside Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Kishio, Hiroki Takahashi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Makoto Yasumura, and Kousuke Toriumi. They performed the ending theme for the Tokusatsu drama "Go Busters" of the Super Sentai Series and released it as their third single. He's also part of CONNECT, first unit of Kiramune, with Mitsuo Iwata. They released three mini-albums and a single. As a solo artist, he has released 13 singles, 3 albums and 2 mini-albums.
