Katsumi is the daughter of Gigelf Liqueur a magician that tried to open a gate to the alternative world Nemesis. This experiment failed and lead to the Nemesis race, Lucifer Hawk, to infiltrate earth. Katsumi herself finds out that she also possesses these magical abilities and gains the sentient sword, once wielded by her father, Grospoliner to fight these beings. After discovering her magic abilities she joins the AMP, a special branch of  the Tokyo police force.   Her personality is by nature gentle but she is also harsh and she may don't think twice before rushing into battle. Through her veins runs the blood of a Lucifer Hawk something that could be seen as a blessing but Katsumi can't bear it.  As a result of Katsumi past life she don't find it an easy task to let people into her life and when she first arrives in the AMP group she becomes the drawn back one that keeps herself in her corner. She quickly starts to get along with the people there and at a party where people form the normal police force are invited she meets her soon to be boyfriend Roy.

The year is 2023 and Alien Beings known as "Lucifer Hawks" have begun invading earth from another dimension. All that stands between them and the enslavement of the human race is the Attacked Mystification Police Department - a special division of the Tokyo Police staffed by women with amazing paranormal abilities.

Nicole Oliver is a Canadian actor currently residing in Vancouver, BC. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from York University, and additional training from the British American Drama Academy in Oxford and London. A prominent member of the Union of BC Performers, she served on its executive board (2002-2005), chaired several committees, and continues to be part of the negotiation team during collective bargaining.

In a futuristic Tokyo, several policewomen fight a monster. One of them, Katsumi Liqueur, remembers where she saw it before... Katsumi Liqueur, an American-born woman of Japanese descent, travels to Tokyo to visit her mother, Fuyuka, who is sick in the hospital. She takes a shortcut through an alley after her taxi gets stuck in traffic, only to encounter a monster and two policewomen fighting it. Later, she meets their chief, Rally Cheyenne, who, it seems, has been expecting her, though Katsumi has never met her before. The policewomen want Katsumi to help them fight the monster, but Katsumi, who does not want to believe in magic, resists.

This sequel to the Silent Mobius The Movie 1 continues the timeline of the flashback section of the first movie (Katsumis initial contact with AMP), using some more ideas and persons from the Manga, and being slightly less incompatible to the Silent Mobius series from 1998.

In the 21st century, just when the human race needs new heroes, the Lucifer Hawks enter Earth's dimension. The members of the A.M.P., six young women with incredible powers, are set to defend the human rece against these monstrous entities from another world.

To combat these creatures, the government has created a brigade consisting of six young women with various psychic and physical powers and abilities.

Mobius Klein is the prequel Manga to Kia Asamiya's Silent Mobius Manga. It tells the story of how Fuyuka and Gigelf met, and introduces many characters that later appear in Silent Mobius, including; Rally Cheyenne and Ganossa Maximillian, as well as the relatives of other characters like Yamigumo Razan.
