Heir to a long line of Shinto priests and exorcists, Nami is the most tranquil member of the AMP. She is also the tidiest, often shown cleaning up after Katsumi and Kiddy. She uses holy water and ofuda (paper charms with kanji written on them) with varying degrees of effect on Lucifer Hawk. She wields the Kirin Dagger and White Tiger Sword, two of the five sacred relics of the Yamigumo family. Nami also has the ability to detect Lucifer Hawks nearby.  The Yamigumo family owns a Shinto shrine three hundred meters underground. Nami typically wears a kimono instead of the AMP uniform.  Her elder sister Nana has a connection with Mana Isozaki, but its nature is unknown. Her late father Razan Yamigumo initially fought against Gigelf Liqueur, but later joined him in his battle against the Lucifer Hawk.

The year is 2023 and Alien Beings known as "Lucifer Hawks" have begun invading earth from another dimension. All that stands between them and the enslavement of the human race is the Attacked Mystification Police Department - a special division of the Tokyo Police staffed by women with amazing paranormal abilities.

In a futuristic Tokyo, several policewomen fight a monster. One of them, Katsumi Liqueur, remembers where she saw it before... Katsumi Liqueur, an American-born woman of Japanese descent, travels to Tokyo to visit her mother, Fuyuka, who is sick in the hospital. She takes a shortcut through an alley after her taxi gets stuck in traffic, only to encounter a monster and two policewomen fighting it. Later, she meets their chief, Rally Cheyenne, who, it seems, has been expecting her, though Katsumi has never met her before. The policewomen want Katsumi to help them fight the monster, but Katsumi, who does not want to believe in magic, resists.

This sequel to the Silent Mobius The Movie 1 continues the timeline of the flashback section of the first movie (Katsumis initial contact with AMP), using some more ideas and persons from the Manga, and being slightly less incompatible to the Silent Mobius series from 1998.

In the 21st century, just when the human race needs new heroes, the Lucifer Hawks enter Earth's dimension. The members of the A.M.P., six young women with incredible powers, are set to defend the human rece against these monstrous entities from another world.

Tokyo, the AMP team, the Attacked Mystification Police Department, is sent to Sector 23, where the neighborhood is being ravaged by “Lucifer Hawks,” evil entities straight out of hell.
To combat these creatures, the government has created a brigade consisting of six young women with various psychic and physical powers and abilities.
The attacks by these creatures are becoming more frequent and are now affecting those close to the government...
