Rumina is a high school student, who dreams of having a pretty girl, but ends up finding himself speechless when confronted with them. As the series begins, he is starting a new school year and wants to avoid continuing his reputation as a fighter. One day he encounters two strange girls who change his life forever. In an effort to protect the cute Ruri from harm, Rumina fights hard, but eventually loses. Ruri's powers of life revive him, and with new life comes the amazing ability to control wind powers. Rumina joins Chelsea in protecting Ruri and joins their battle in the Tokyo Underground.  

Under the capital city of Tokyo, Japan, there exists a large, vast, and unknown world known as Underground. There, people known as Elemental Users exist; people who have the ability to control the elements: Fire, Water, Lightning, Magnetism, Freeze, etc. Meet Rumina Asagi and his best friend Ginnosuke Isuzu, two average high school freshmen who reside in Tokyo. When they meets Gravity User, Chelsea Rorec, and the Miko of Life, Ruri Sarasa, their whole life changes into one big adventure.

A Japanese voice actor, stage actor, narrator and singer affiliated with talent agency [Atomic Monkey](http://www.atomicmonkey.jp/jp/), having previously worked under [Haikyou](https://haikyo.co.jp/). He's also a chair member of creative production team HeroQ, which he joined in 1994.

Bradley "Brad" Swaile is a Canadian voice actor. He has acted in several animated series, known mostly for his anime roles; particularly that of Amuro Ray in the original Mobile Suit Gundam series and movies and Quatre Raberba Winner in Gundam Wing. Swaile is also known for his roles in Dragonball Z (The Ocean Group Dub), as Adult Gohan, and X-Men: Evolution, as Nightcrawler. He can be currently heard as lead male Rock in Black Lagoon and Light in the hit anime Death Note and the same character in its dubbed live action counterpart.

Sealed and forgotten below Tokyo, there is a world called Tokyo Underground. Bodyguard and element user Chelsea Rorec escapes the underground with the Maiden of Life, Ruri Sarasa. They take refuge in the home of Asagi Rumina but are soon attacked by members of the Company ordered to retrieve Ruri.
