Falco is the Golden General, the strongest successor of Gento Kō Ken. Although Jakoh orders him to kill the Hokuto and Nanto fighters in the name of the Celestial Empress, he is an honorable man. When the Empress is discovered alive, he turns against Jakoh and kills him. His right leg is a prosthetic, the original was offered to Raoh to convince him to leave the imperial capital alone. When Lui and Lin were born, it was decided there could be only one Tentei and Jakoh goaded Falco into killing Lin as the unwanted princess. However, Falco couldn't kill the innocent baby and smuggled the girl into the care of an elderly couple. ~!After his battle with Kenshiro , having not fully recovered from his wounds, Falco proceeds to enter the island of Shura to save Lin, who had been kidnapped by Jask (Taiga in the TV series) during the chaos. He is ambushed and badly beaten by the Nameless Asura. Kenshiro arrives and presses the Sekkatsu-kō vital point to give Falco the strength to fight and defeat his assailant. Prior to dying, he is comforted by the news that Myu is pregnant with his son and now Gento's legacy will live on. Kenshiro declares that Falco was " one of the greatest men he ever knew. " !~

In the second series after Raoh has been defeated by Kenshiro a new rival appears. The Gentou Kouken warriors. Falco the successor of the Gentou Kouken takes orders from an evil ruler by the name of Jacko. He claims to be the man chosen by the Tentei and issues orders to his subordinates to capture anyone living in order to build up his Imperial Capital. Kenshiro once again rises out of the shadows and puts an end to his tyrannical ways. Amidst the mayhem Lynn gets captured and gets taken to the land of the Shura where only ruthless fighters exist. Now Kenshiro must pursue the captor and defeat the 3 Rasho of the land in order to escape with his life and with Lynn.
