Kurome is a member of the Jaegers, and the younger sister of Akame. Like her sister, she has a big appetite and is often seen eating, usually candy. She stubbornly refuses to share her candy with even her comrades. Kurome wields an offensive Teigu like her sister, in the form of a sword named "March of the Dead: Yatsuhusa", which allows her to enslave up to 8 enemies killed with the Teigu. Also like her sister, she is extremely skilled in the art of the sword and assassination. ~!When she was a child, her parents had sold both Akame and her to the Empire.!~

In a land where corruption rules and a ruthless Prime Minister has turned the puppet Emperor's armies of soldiers, assassins and secret police against the people, only one force dares to stand against them: Night Raid, an elite team of relentless killers, each equipped with an Imperial Arm - legendary weapons with unique and incredible powers created in the distant past.

A voice actor, singer, and the drummer of [Poppin'Party](https://anilist.co/staff/153185/PoppinParty). Ayaka was born in Saitama Prefecture but moved to Tokyo after kindergarten. She became part of a theater company in elementary school and appeared in commercials, stage productions, and TV dramas. After receiving some voice acting lessons in the company, she realized that she wanted to become a voice actress. She got scouted in 2011 by Horipro and began her career. In August 2014, she debuted as a singer with her single "YES!!", which was used as the opening theme for the anime _Sabagebu!_.

Her hobbies includes karaoke as well as watching anime, drumming, browsing the internet, gaming, watching sports, and reading light novels. She had drumming skills prior to joining the _Bang Dream_ franchise. Ayaka loves heavy metal and shares her love together with her mother, who used to sing Marilyn Manson's songs for her as lullabies. Her favorite bands are Evanescence, Papa Roach, and Slipknot. A special 100-page bonus volume bundled with the limited editions of the anime Blu-ray/DVD volume 1 set.  It contained two side story chapters about Bulat and Sheele, and the opening pages contained a crossover with Isshuukan Friends. It was later rereleased as a standalone tankobon with two new chapters.
