A high ranking sweeper (hitman) in Big Daddy&#039;s Millenion organization. Bear and Big Daddy have been friends for many years, and he has Daddy&#039;s complete trust. He quickly sees Brandon&#039;s potential as a sweeper, and takes Brandon under his wing to be trained. The only thing he cares about more than Millenion is his beloved daughter, Sherry.

Beau M. Billingslea is an American actor and voice actor. He is best known as the voice of Jet Black from the popular anime Cowboy Bebop. In addition to voice acting, Billingslea has appeared in many popular TV series as a prolific guest actor. Before he got into acting, he played football at the University of Connecticut.
