Zi Shou is the father of Wu Geng and the emperor of the Shang dynasty. Powerful and mighty he is one of the few mortals who can challenge the gods and dare them to unleash their wrath on him.  He is also the wielder of the legendary armor Immortal Phoenix, a divine beast which resides within the suit of the armor. It absorbs the life force of the wielder but it grants amazing skills and power.   He was fighting very good against three gods single handedly while he was wearing the armor.   ~!Tian is one of the strongest gods in the series and he killed Zi Shou. Zhou though fought bravely until his final moments against Tian. !~

The Great Shang dynasty has been in power for many years but the Gods find fault with the new emperor. Instead of submitting to their will at the expense of his people, the Emperor resolves to throw off the Gods' yolk and free humanity. However, not only the Gods but a rival, the young Zhou who submits to the Gods' will for his own purposes will face him! <br><br>
The fate of the dynasty, nay, the fate of all humanity will be determined by this great battle between the forces of Heaven and Earth!

At the end of the Shang dynasty of ancient China, Emperor Shou defied the will of the Gods. He openly declared to lead the people and to resist against the gods. 
Zi Shou bravely fought against Tian Kui, but only received laughter from the gods watching from above. He was then killed by Tian (another greater god) and broke the Immortal Phoenix armor. 
Wu Geng then woke up in the body of Ah Gou and realized he has now a wife named Bai Cai...
