Goku, the lone wolf private detective is back, contracted by Ryoko, a mysterious, beautiful and very afraid woman, to find and save her brother, Ryu. Will Goku be able to protect Ryoko from her step father`s soldiers long enough to find her brother? Meanwhile Ryu, the unfortunate subject of a military experiment gone bad, leaves a trail of bodies behind him and has no intention of being found or saved by anyone. Will Goku have to kill the man he is supposed to save? Will even his omniscient cybernetic eye and sceptre be enough to help him defeat this indestructible killing machine?<br><br>

Wendee Lee is an American voice actress and one of the most prolific and experienced American voice actors in the business. While she has done voicework for many video games, as well as several episodes in the Power Rangers franchise, she is particularly prolific in the dubbing of anime, where she has more credits than any other English anime voice actor with currently two hundred and fourteen credits.

Goku is an ordinary private eye for hire. While working on a case involving an illegal weapons dealer, he notices a lot of the detectives working on the case committing suicide for no apparent reason. After Goku gets a little too close to the truth, he is then put in a situation where he must stab out his left eye to avoid certain death. Goku then awakens in a mysterious lab where an unknown scientist replaces his eye with a cybernetic one that allows him to control every computer in the world.
