A secret agent of the Dorssian military, he is a capable strategist (seen from his strategy D7 in episode 3) and good in combat. His name means L11 in German.   

~!He is currently considered a traitor by Dorssia due to the actions Haruto committed while in control of his body. L-elf is nick named by ARUS as the "one-man-Army" for having took on 5000 soldiers alone. In episode 3, he tries to recruit Haruto in order to bring about a revolution in Dorssia.!~

The world is divided into two main powers: The Dorssia Military Pact Federation, a power which grew out of a military alliance, and the Atlantic Rim United States (ARUS), which grew in power as it expanded its trade agreements.
