This entry is for the 2007 movie, not to be confused by the first arc of the 2012 TV anime adaptation of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, also named Phantom Blood. Nor the movie format 're-edit' of said first season compiled from the 2012 TV episodes. 
Jonathan Joestar is an aristocratic boy whose life is suddenly turned upside down by a mysterious new boy who arrives, Dio Brando. Dio has a connection to his father, and over time, a rivalry forms as Dio becomes obsessed with a mysterious, ancient, and mystical stone mask that Jonathan's father keeps. 
Note: This film hasn't been released publicly outside of its original limited theatrical run and is considered mostly lost, apart from several trailers and a found 16-minute undubbed clip compilation used for a student sound design assignment.

Kujo Jotaro is a normal, popular Japanese high-schooler, until he thinks that he is possessed by a spirit, and locks himself in prison. After seeing his grandfather, Joseph Joestar, and fighting Joseph's friend Muhammad Abdul, Jotaro learns that the "Spirit" is actually Star Platinum, his Stand, or fighting energy given a semi-solid form. Later, his mother gains a Stand, and becomes sick. Jotaro learns that it is because the vampire Dio Brando has been revived 100 years after his defeat to Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro's great-great-grandfather. Jotaro decides to join Joseph and Abdul in a trip to Egypt to defeat Dio once and for all.

Written and presented as the lost transcript of Dio's Diary, featured in Stone Ocean. In the book, he reflects upon his battles throughout the original series, describes his ideals and plans for "obtaining heaven" and talks about the concept of death, as well as his unfortunate mother.

After Jonathan's Death, his son, George Joestar II travels with Erina to live in La Palma of the Canary Islands in Spain. There he pledges his love to Lisa Lisa and eventually grows to be a World war Air Pilot.

It tells two original storylines set in Stardust Crusaders. The story in this book recounts events that are completely unknown in the manga that take place in the course of the adventures of Jotaro Kujo and his comrades. Their march to the lair of DIO is interrupted by three powerful Stand users. The first chapter is titled "One-Way Trip from the Desert to Hell City" (砂漠発地獄ヘルシティ行 Sabaku-hatsu Herushiti-gyō) and the second is titled "The Gravestone of Red-Hot Sand" (熱き砂の墓標 Atsuki Suna no Bohyō).
