He is a regular high school student who has a curse that he calls "Absolute Choice". This curse will at random times cause a voice in his head to give him two or more choices to make. If he doesn't choose one of them soon after, he will start getting a severe headache, forcing him to choose one.

Ouka affectionately calls him "Amachi."

The story centers around Kanade Amakusa, a boy cursed with the mental power of "absolute multiple-choice"—a multiple-choice quiz will suddenly appear in his mind, and the choice he makes will become his reality. For example, he would have to choose between going nude from the waist up or the waist down in school. While in school, he is given another choice: 1) A beautiful girl will fall before him or 2) he will fall from the rooftop in female clothes. He chooses option 1, and a blonde girl named Chocolat falls before him.

He has to choose and follow one of two orders which pop up in his mind all of a sudden. Due to the perverted orders he has to follow, he has been infamously known for his crazy behavior among the neighbors. One day, another either-or choice pops up. "1. A bishoujo is falling on you. 2. You are falling in drag." When he chooses option 1, a blonde girl named Chocolat falls on him.
