Marks Spencer was a high-ranking member of the Chevalier military organization, before his apprehension after the 11th Nova Clash. He became Charles' adoptive father after he rescued her from a life on the streets.

Extraterrestrial beings have invaded our garden world, hellbent on wiping humanity off the face of the planet.
