Colonel Muska is a government special agent. He holds [Sheeta](https://anilist.co/character/8523/Sheeta) in custody at the beginning and pursues her during the film with the military.

Muska has light brown hair and hazel eyes. He wears tinted glasses, a brown suit, a white shirt, and a pale yellow cravat. He is armed with what seems to be a Webley Mk VI revolver.

Muska is cold, calculating and duplicitous, and will turn on his allies once he has used them to attain his goals.

He is known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars film series, winning three Saturn Awards for the role. He is also a prolific voice actor who has portrayed characters in many animated television series, films, and video games. Though the voice role he is most known for is Batman's archenemy the Joker, his success as the Joker has led him to portray a wide variety of characters in television, film, anime, and video games.

Jeffrey Alan Winkless was an American film and voice actor and music composer. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. One of his younger brothers, Daniel Owen Winkless, worked with him on The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. He has done voice-overs for several anime titles including Doomed Megalopolis, Space Adventure Cobra, Vampire Hunter D, Crying Freeman and Lily C.A.T..  Winkless died of a brain tumor on June 26, 2006.
