A mysterious blue-haired girl whom Nonoka first met seven years ago.

It's been seven years since Nonoka Komiya last lived in Lake Kiriya City. However, while she knew that there would be changes in the town, she's still unprepared for what she finds upon her return: A giant saucer hovers over the entire city, as it has since shortly after she and her family left. Stranger yet, a girl she doesn't know, Noel, is waiting for her, claiming that they have met before. Confused, Nonaka tries to focus on reconnecting with her old friends, but odd memories, suppressed in the wake of her mother's death, begin to float to the top of her consciousness. Can it be that she has met Noel before? And how does this connect with the appearance of the saucer itself? To solve the riddle, Nonoka must join with her friends and rediscover the events that occurred before she left Lake Kiriya.<br>

A Japanese voice actress and singer-songwriter under entertainment agency Axlone (2017–) and record label King Records (2015–), having previously been under entertainment agency Sony Music Entertainment (2010–2017). She has been active as a voice actor since 2010, debuting in the anime Occult Academy voicing the character Akari Okamoto, while debuting as a singer-songwriter in December 2015.

Inori was born in Tokyo, where she began watching anime in kindergarten. She first became aware of voice acting when, after watching a stage play adaption of an anime, she read the stage pamphlet and asked her parents about a person mentioned in it. She found out that she wanted to become a voice actor at the age of six, and at elementary school she listed voice acting as her desired future career. 

In middle school, Inori joined her school's tennis and theater clubs, however, she quit the theater club due to feeling too embarrassed when appearing on stage. Around the same time, her mother found a magazine advertising for a voice-acting audition, which she participated in and won.

It's been seven years since an unusual saucer mysteriously appeared in the sky above Kiriya Lake. With no one knowing what this strange object was or where it came from, concern and panic spread amongst the people. But as time went on this occurrence went from oddity to tourist attraction. Before long, the world lost interest entirely, and the saucer remained nearly forgotten in the sky.
Now, former resident Nonoka Komiya returns to the small town after living for seven years in Tokyo. With only vague memories of her time in the town, the appearance of a spritely girl named Noel causes Nonoka to slowly remember wishes she and four of her friends made in an old observatory.
