A rich girl from Great Britain. She is an "Exception" that came to make Tooru, the "Irregular", her Duo partner. Lilith's hobbies include hunting and DNL (Deathnewland).

The story begins with Blaze — a weapon that is the manifestation of a human's soul. Tooru Kokonoe happens to be qualified for this, but for some reason his Blaze is not a weapon, but a shield. Moreover, he enrolled in a school that teaches combat skills, and thanks to the school's Duo partner system, he ends up living with a beautiful silver-haired girl.<br>

An American voice actor, voice director, and script writer for Funimation, New Generation Pictures, and Bang Zoom! Entertainment. She's been working in the anime industry since 2004. Tor’s is paired with a silver-haired girl from Scandinavia named Julie Sigtuna, who possesses a power the likes of which has never been seen, and shares his thirst for revenge.<br><br>
