[Hina](https://anilist.co/character/89228/Hina)'s friend and classmate. She's a model student and sits next to Hina in class, which caused her to start caring for Hina unintentionally.

When Hina was looking for [Nitta](https://anilist.co/character/89229/Nitta-Yoshifumi), Hitomi was forced to help her. While waiting for Hina at [Utako](https://anilist.co/character/125366/Sakura-Utako)'s Bar "Little Song", a regular customer at the bar started teaching her how to mix cocktails, revealing her talent (in doing actually everything). After that, Utako took a photo of her in bartender uniform and threatening Hitomi to work for her if she doesn't want the photo to be leaked. Now Hitomi jobs part-time at the bar every weekend.

The comedy manga centers around a super-powered girl named Hina and Nitta, a young member of the yakuza. Hina suddenly appears in Nitta's room and threatens him with her extraordinary powers. However, they end up living together.
