Benio first comes off as a cold, quiet person, who dislikes talking and is easily irritated. However, regarding exorcism she is very passionate and can be very talkative. Since she comes from an important family, honor and pride are both very important to her. She is also very competitive, especially around Rokuro, and since she was taught to never back out from her words, she can be pretty stubborn and will use any argument to win.

Later on, Benio seems to be able to show her feelings comfortably compared to when she first met Rokuro, and seems to show her jealousy more openly than before.

Rokuro Enmado is a young boy who used to be a powerful aspiring exorcist, before a tragic incident left his friend dead and made him abandon the profession. One day, he has a fateful encounter with Benio Adashino, a girl around his age and a well known exorcist from the east. According to prophecy, Rokuro and Benio are the "Twin Star Exorcists", and are destined to marry and have a child which will be the ultimate exorcist, capable of cleansing all evil spirits, or Kegare, from the world.
 
When Rokuro's best friend Ryogo goes missing, Rokuro is forced to ask Benio for help to enter Magano, the realm of the evil Kegare, to rescue him!

Megumi Han is the daughter of voice actress [Keiko Han](https://anilist.co/staff/95760). She debuted as a actress in the 2008 live-action film _Sakura no Sono_ prior to debuting as a seiyuu in the 2011 broadcast of _Hunter x Hunter_. According to Han, _Hunter x Hunter_ was the first manga series she bought in elementary school.
