Zack is a fictional character first introduced as a non-player character in the 1997 role-playing video game Final Fantasy VII by Square (now Square Enix), and subsequently expanded upon in the metaseries Compilation of Final Fantasy VII.

In an alternate 21st century, the robotics industry undergoes a period of rapid advancement worldwide. By the year 2050, Japan has firmly established itself as the leader in robotic technology and manufacture with Daiwa Heavy Industries. As the technology evolves to include robotic enhancements to the human body, the blurring of the line between man and machine triggers a sudden shift in world opinion. In response, the U.N. passes a unilateral ban of further research and development on robotics in 2067. Japan fiercely objects to this ban, but is unable to prevent its passage. In protest, Japan withdrew from international politics and chose to pursue a policy of high-tech national isolation. While only trade continues, Japan disappears from the world scene.<br><br>
Ten years later, a series of bizarre incidents lead the American technology police agency SWORD to believe that Japan has concealed extensive development of banned technologies through the use of the RACE network. SWORD dispatches a unit of special agents to infiltrate Japan and gather intelligence on the country. Vexille, a veteran agent among the group, uncovers the horrifying truth behind the ten years of isolation.

Christopher Robin Sabat is an American voice actor, producer, ADR director, and line producer at Funimation. He provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series such as a number of Dragon Ball characters, including Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha, and some others. In Funimation's re-dubbing of One Piece, he voices Roronoa Zoro. Other major roles include Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher, Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Daisuke Jigen in Lupin the Third and All Might in My Hero Academia. In video games, he voiced Garland in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Rundas in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Alex D in Deus Ex: Invisible War, and both Captain Smiley and Star in Comic Jumper. He is the founder and director of OkraTron 5000, an audio production company that provides support for some of Funimation's and other dubbing titles.

Takaya Kuroda is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with Axlone. And the lead singer of the rock band Takaya Kuroda & Goodfellas.

He is best known for his bass voice, which has usually seen him cast in villainous roles. Because of his vocal resemblance to the late [Hirotaka Suzuoki](https://anilist.co/staff/95572/), he was chosen to replace Suzuoki as the voice of [Starscream](https://anilist.co/character/3913/) in Transformers as Suzuoki's health deteriorated.

To the western audiences he is probably most known for providing the voice of Kazuma Kiryu, the protagonist of the Yakuza video game series. Kuroda is also the man who sings the famous "Baka Mitai" song related to the series.
