This spinoff manga was first serialized in Lupin III Official Magazine between 2004 and 2013.

A spin-off manga which mostly contains adaptation of Lupin III media from pachinko, TV series, games and light novels. Only one chapter has an original story.<br><br>

It was created by Naoya Hayakawa, supervised by TMS Entertainment and it was first serialized in Lupin III Official Magazine from 2009 to 2015. Nine volumes, which compiled all the chapters, have been released by Futabasha between October 2010 and February 2016.

Unlike the other derivative works where illustrators did their own take, Lupin III H is inspired by the anime with character designs taking cues mostly from Lupin the 3rd Part 1 and Part 2.
