Kohaku, a dog beast person, sneaks into a hospital that treats people with his condition. He tries to steal suppressants because his body has gone into heat. But, unfortunately, he's caught and falls unconscious on the spot...! When Kohaku wakes up, he see a doctor at the hospital, Dr. Takatsuji, looking down at him. Even though the doctor gives Kohaku a suppressant, his body's still in heat. As he tries to calm down the confused Kohaku, Dr. Takatsuji starts checking him for abnormalities... Kohaku has his shirt lifted up, his chest groped, and his nipples pinched... Even though he's only being examined, his body can't stop quivering...! Dr. Takatsuji doesn't notice how Kohaku is reacting and his fingers start to dig in deeper and deeper...!?
