Hiiragi, a good-natured art student, has a secret hobby. He likes to listen in on people's lives using devices at home that receive radio waves from taxis and trucks. Despite his peaceful campus life, Hiiragi is facing a crisis. For some reason, he hasn't been able to get it up for the last 3 months, no matter what he did.
