A 32-page Itoshi no Nekokke doujinshi created by Haruko Kumota for Comiket 100. The story follows Mii-kun and Kei-chan as they return to their hometown of Otaru for the Obon holiday. 
Also includes a bonus manga about Haru-kun and Kitahara-san.

Kei-chan moves in with his old friend and lover, Mii-kun, in Tokyo. Their romantic mood keeps getting interrupted by quirky tenants at Mii-kun's apartment, but there's a bigger obstacle they must face to be become true lovers!
