Yumi was born to a mother who died in a train accident, and continued to develop while in a coma. At the age of 17, she awakens with a kiss from Yuichi, a boy who has watched over her since she was a child. In just five days, Yumi grows up to an unbelievable seventeen years...

Tezuka Osamu the best is a collection of stories written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka. The majority of these stories were published in the 1970s, particularly through the magazines Weekly Shounen Jump and Weekly Shounen Sunday, although the 1950s and 1980s are also represented.
