Hasunosora Girls' High School, located in a remote area of Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, beside a lake with lotus flowers in bloom. At this high school, which was founded over 100 years ago, the traditions handed down from long ago still live. 
This is where an energetic girl called Kaho Hinoshita enrolls with the goal of "blossoming". After being frustrated at first for not getting what she is looking for, she will discover something that will change her vision of Hasunosora: school idols.

The Bloom Garden Party is finally here. It’s the stage where everyone will “someday, surely” bloom—the goal Kaho and the others have been chasing for a whole year. This is the first step.
 
The long-awaited day has finally arrived — the day when the promise they made with the graduates will come true. It was also the last day for the 103rd-year students, on the verge of graduation, could spend with their friends as students of Hasunosora.
 
―Even so, the girls race through their “youth” with all their might. This is the story of girls who struggled to bloom, a tale of dreams made real together.
