This manga consists of one shots that are loosely connected with each other. 
1, 3. Hidarimune wa Romantist (左胸はロマンチスト) 
Focus on the new relationship between Shiba, a high-school student, and his teacher Onosaka. Things are not going well -- sensei has an inferiority complex because Shiba likes large-breasted girls. 
2, 4. Sore wo Koi to Iu no desu | Tsuyogari (それを恋というのデス | つよがり) 
Focus on Inuo, a friend of Shiba's, and Natsuda, a boy with whom he finds himself in a love hotel the morning after a wild party. Inuo would just like to forget everything because he's definitely not gay, but Natsuda wants to be his friend so badly that he can't turn him down. Natsuda turns out to be a cheerful and engaging companion, and Inuo starts to spend more and more time with him, going to movies and hanging out. But when he finds himself embracing Natsuda again, he pushes him away -- because he's definitely not gay! 
5. Natsuyasumi no Himitsu (夏休みのヒミツ) 
Introduces Shiba's brother Keisuke and his friend Aki. Aki wants to do more than kiss, but Keisuke only went along with the kissing because it was Aki who asked him. So now that summer break has arrived he avoids Aki. But when Aki stops calling and avoids him in turn, he's not happy at all. 
6. Yasashii Kuchibiru (やさしい唇) 
An unconnected one shot. Yuki and Kaneda are childhood friends, neighbors, and more, but Yuki never seems to have time for Kaneda.

Story about Keisuke and Aki 3 years later.

Volume 1: 
1-2. Don't be Cruel, Please & Don't be Coldhearted, Please 
"In exchange for me keeping your secret, take off your pants." Maya saw Nemugasa's sudden impulse to cheat on a test. In return for keeping silent, Maya makes various demands, but? The bookworm Nemugasa and the playboy Maya's perversions, impatience, and pure-hearted love.
 
3. Houkago no Himitsu 
Sequel to one of the side stories in Tsuyogari. Shiba Keisuke still loves his friend Aki and gets in trouble for daydreaming about him during class. They still desire to go further in their relationship, but when it comes to figuring out who should be on top, it's time to play rock-paper-scissors!
 
4. Wagamama mo Aishite 
Daijuu is a popular guy with a really moody and selfish boyfriend, Kan. Unfortunately, Kan's selfishness drives them to fighting, and to Kan wanting to be in control of their relationship, leaving Daijuu to try to take control as well.
 
5-6. Pantsu de Ojama & Sailor Fuku wo Nuganaide 
Soramoto is bothered by the fact he's wearing briefs when he goes home with his sex-friend, Hoshina. The reason for his embarrassment? Not too long ago he made fun of Hoshina for wearing briefs despite being a high school student, and has a great fear of being picked on for the same thing.
 
Volume 2-3: 
Maya and Nemugasa's story continues...
 
Volume 4: 
Maya and Nemugasa's relationship faces new challanges as they become university students. Also story about Jutta (Maya's cousin) and his relationship with his teacher.
 
Volume 5-6: 
Maya is being scouted by his university senpai and goes to part time job.

Yuki and Kaneda are childhood friends, neighbours, and more, but Yuki never seems to have time for Kaneda.
