A problematic man who likes to fight and lives his life on his own way, doing what he wants and not letting other step on him despite of the fact that he can't get a normal job and life. He is called "the mad dog" and while being scary and strong in fights, he likes to have fun and tease others..

Yashiro is the young leader of Shinseikai and the president of the Shinseikai Enterprise, but like so many powerful men, he leads a double life as a deviant and a masochist. Chikara Doumeki comes to work as a bodyguard for him and, although Yashiro had decided that he would never lay a hand on his own men, he finds there's something about Doumeki that he can't resist. Yashiro makes advances toward Doumeki, but Doumeki has mysterious reasons for denying. Yashiro, who abuses his power just to abuse himself, and Doumeki, who faithfully obeys his every command, begin the tumultuous affair of two men with songs in their hearts and no wings to fly.

Yakuza bosses are supposed to be tough, ruthless, and treat their men like cogs in a callous criminal machine. When former cop and ex-con Chikara Doumeki accepts his latest bodyguard assignment, however, he realizes that there’s something different about his new boss, Yashiro. Because while Yashiro may seem as emotionally distant as his counterparts, he’s also a closet masochist who enjoys receiving pain as much as his job involves bringing it. 
 
Yashiro’s feelings for a least a few of his men also extends far beyond what’s normally extended to other members of the same crime family… a group that now includes Chikara. Of course, Chikara’s got his own issues, and nobody can beat an ex-cop when it comes to putting the lockdown on a relationship.

On October 2, 2017, Ono announced his marriage from the last seven years prior in his blog post. His wife is a person who works outside the entertainment industry. On August 2020, Ono announced the birth of his first child.
