Aoi Futaba is an officer who joins Bokuto Station in the first season. ~! The Japanese version explains that she came from the Anti-Chikan Unit. Chikan refers to men who molest women. Aoi "went native" and now is more feminine in appearance and personality than most of the other female officers. In Second Season. Her colleagues treat her as a woman, although they speculate on her romantic preferences. In a story where actor Mr. Kitakoji proposes to her, she turns him down and wears men's clothes for the only time in the series. In another episode, she gets involved in an Internet romance and is torn about meeting this man and revealing her secret. Prior to entering the force, Aoi played golf and attracted many female admirers. In the anime, Aoi played basketball. In the Full Throttle episode "Aoi-chan Becomes a Man!?", Aoi meets her ex-superior Udamura Kumanosuke who had headed the sting operation. !~

Tokyo Highway Patrolwomen Natsumi and Miyuki get off to a bad start when Miyuki busts Natsumi for reckless moped driving on her way to work. Things get worse when they find out they're going to be partners!

Rika Matsumoto is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer, as well as one of the founders of [JAM Project](https://anilist.co/staff/102041/).

After early stage work, she began both voice acting and singing careers. The most popular role by Rika is [Satoshi](https://anilist.co/character/2473/) (Ash Ketchum in English translations), the main character of the anime series [Pokémon](https://anilist.co/anime/527/). She also had a role in the [Yu-Gi-Oh](https://anilist.co/anime/550/) series as [Ryou Bakura](https://anilist.co/character/1488/) and [Yami Bakura](https://anilist.co/character/1489/). As such, Matsumoto has taken on roles for young boys. Matsumoto also performs the songs for many of the openings for the Japanese Pokémon anime.

Matsumoto has had lead or supporting roles in dozens of series. She has also had a radio show in Japan and does some dubbing work for translations of American films and TV series into Japanese. She announced in April 2008 she was taking time off from the group and her solo work.

Her name is also sometimes romanized as Rica Matsumoto.

Summer arrives to Bokuto Station. Miyuki and Natsumi have to work on a beach road protecting the safety of the civilians that are enjoying their summer vacations. Suffering because of the hot, the two officers were having problems to remain calm, but then, some pickpocket appeared on the beach causing a ruckus. The girls will do their best to catch the thief, control the traffic and enjoy their summer day.

Fresh from being transferred to the LAPD, Miyuki and Natsumi must investigate some unusual car theft incidents in their area. And when Miyuki's yellow 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is "gone in 60 seconds" (literally), the situation gets more complicated when the thief turns out to be a former Japanese detective.
