Cleo Aiolos Corbeille de Veil&mdash;a supposed descendant of the royal family who has gathered a crew of people who are wanted all over the galaxy for their special abilities; they follow Cleo and later winds up following Michel in order to save Cleo. Cleo&#039;s personality is &quot;like the wind&quot;, to his comrades, it&#039;s unpredictable where his next destination will be or which way he wavers. His rough, seemingly, uncaring personality was shown bluntly to Michel and his followers when they first meet after being saved by him. At first- to Michel&#039;s servants- he seems more like a pirate than a savior: only caring about material things than anything or anyone else as he wishes for payment for saving Michel. As the story-line progresses, Cleo shows more and more defiance towards the idea of fighting with the People&#039;s Army while with them. It is not until the first big battle begins that, where his newly found rival, Vetti is to be watching. In later episodes, he falls in love with Michel Volban (Racine Blanch).

A revolution stirs in the dark reaches of space. Michel Volban leads The People’s Army against the oppression of self-proclaimed Holy Emperor, Vetti Sforza. Just as it appears the rebellion will be crushed, a hero arrives to join the fight. Pirate Cleo Corbeille—the last of the fallen Royal Family—steers his sleek battleship into battle and brings new hope that freedom can be obtained.

Many fans have mistaken photos of Romi Park as photos of [Hiromu Arakawa](https://anilist.co/staff/96874), the mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist, because of one particular image in which Park poses as a mangaka. Park is also known for representing Arakawa in public events Arakawa is not able to attend.

Travis Hampton Willingham is a voice actor, originally starting out as Col. Roy Mustang in the 2003 anime adaptation of Fullmetal Alchemist and then for the 2009 anime adaptation of Fullmetal Alchemist. But also known for other roles such as Ginko in Mushishi, Ace in One Piece and Takashi in Ouran High School Host Club. He is among the few voice actors to also get many live-action roles.

He has been doing dubbing for many California-based works. He is married to fellow voice actor [Laura Bailey](https://anilist.co/staff/95187), and they have one son, Ronin.

Willingham primarily does video game voice overs and western animation nowadays, rarely getting any new anime roles, generally only reprising roles when he does anime. If he does get a new anime role, it's usually with Studiopolis.
