Not only that he actually comes from La Gias, where there are only highly developed alchemies and magics, but Shu maanged to adopt himself into the Earth science very quickly and even managed to combine it with alchemies and magics.     He also is an excellent alchemist and has high amount of mana even higher than prince Palelord,though he came to this world and worked with DC, developing Granzon, and later becoming its pilot. After Bian&#039;s death, his motives are unknown. He&#039;s appeared during several battles, and helped defeat the DC remnants, and Inspectors. He&#039;s always being chased by Masaki, his arch-enemy.   He cherishes his freedom, and hates being controlled by people.

With many of its central personnel lost in the war, the Earth Federation Government is forced to rebuild, and Brian Midcrid, president of the Unified Colonies, takes the position of its president. During an emergency session of the Federation Diet, he publicly acknowledges the existence of extraterrestials, and reveals the events of the L5 campaign to the masses in what will later come to be called the "Tokyo Declaration". He goes on to state that these aliens pose a serious threat to humanity.<br><br>

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).

Though having voiced more characters in the medium than anyone else, he is probably most known for his role as [Dio Brando](https://anilist.co/character/4004/) in [JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure](https://anilist.co/anime/14719/). He has stated that he likes playing villainous characters.

It is two hundred years after the beginning of the Space Era, when human civilization on Earth began expanding into space. However, by the start of the 21st century, two meteors struck the planet, sending humanity into chaos.
