Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an admiral in the Marines. He was first mentioned by Robin during the initial encounter with Aokiji. Kizaru can be considered the secondary antagonist of the Sabaody Archipelago Arc and one of the major antagonists of the Marineford Arc.

The 14th One Piece movie, which commemorates the anime's 20th anniversary, takes place during the Pirates Festival, an epic treasure hunt in which pirates from across the globe race to find an item that once belonged to Gol D. Roger himself!

Said to be comparable to the Ancient Weapons of old, the Marines’ trump card, the “Dyna Stones,” have suddenly been stolen by a group of renegade vigilantes. This new TV special tells the two years of Luffy's training with Silvers Rayleigh in Rusukaina Island after the Battle of Marineford, which has never been told in the manga or TV anime. It also features a new villain named Burndy World who is known as "The Destroyer of the World" and has the power of the MoaMoa Fruit (its ability is still unknown). Luffy has to protect Boa Hancock from the new enemy who escaped from the level 6 of Impel Down. He is newly designed by the original creator of the manga, Eiichiro Oda.

One Piece Strong World 0 is a one-shot story published in Weekly Shounen Jump as a special prologue chapter to the 10th One Piece movie, Strong World. This one-shot depicts events 20 years before the current timeline of the manga, One Piece. The main focus is the relationship between Shiki, the Golden Lion and Roger, the Pirate King. In addition, it shows what other characters were doing 20 years ago.

During this, you’ll decipher the mysteries of ancient documents found by Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper, and then set out to find the nest of the mysterious animal known as Tongari Ton!
 
The film itself begins at the end of your treasure hunting adventure at the Tokyo One Piece Tower, where the Straw Hat Crew are tricked into opening a chest in a cave thinking it's where the Tongari Island treasure is.
