An ordinary, highly perverted high-school boy who tries to live his life as peacefully as possible, with his personal motto "Peace and quiet is the best". Since his childhood, he's been having a dream of an angel, which he wakes up from crying.   ~! At first, he is repulsed by the appearance of Ikaros as he sees her wings, but he soon gets used to this, although he has no sexual attraction to Angeloids until he meets Delta.  At first, when he sees Ikaros fall from the sky, and fall down in a hole, he looks at her, and runs away, because she was just asking for trouble, and she would just disrupt his "piece of quiet", but runs back to save her, though he gets saved himself by Ikaros.!~   ~! At the end of episode 9 of the 1st season of Sora no Otoshimono ( Sora no Otoshimono ), Ikaros kisses him.  At the end of 2nd season of Sora no Otoshimono ( Sora no Otoshimono: Forte ), he almost gets married to Ikaros, after she mistakes what Tomoki wanted to say by saying " We'll stay together forever" as a proposal, telling that to Mikako.!~  When he is in a highly perverted state, he often thinks of "wise" words his grandfather had told him long ago, words of high pervertism.  He has his moments of wisdom, especially when in trouble regarding the Angeloids. He is often soft and caring towards Ikaros and Nymph (and Astraea in the manga).  He came up with Tomoko just to get with Sohara and Mikako in hot springs, so he could peek on them. Saki Fujita and Alison Viktorin voice his female counterpart "Tomoko".[/spoiler]

Sakurai Tomoki has been having the same strange dream since he was a child and would wake up in tears. Sugata, an upperclassman at his school, believes the dream to be of the new continent. Later that night, while waiting under the cherry trees for Sugata and his childhood friend, an angel called Ikaros comes flying down and his peaceful life changes from then on.

Sakurai Tomoki has settled into his life with the two angeloids, Ikaros and Nymph, and is enjoying himself immensely. However, he keeps having weird dreams and asks all of his friends to help him investigate the cause. 
Nymph conjures up a device that enables people, but not angeloids, to enter other people's dreams. The device malfunctions at first but eventually they get to what was supposed to be Tomoki's dream but discover that something is very wrong with it. 
Later, a meteor comes crashing down from the skies at the site of the large cherry blossom tree where Tomoki first discovered Ikaros. An extremely well endowed blonde angeloid with a huge sword emerges from the meteor and sets off in search of Tomoki!

Sakurai Tomoki is a normal student whose motto is "normal is the best". If there is one thing abnormal, it is that he often dreams of a girl whose face he cannot even remember, and when he wakes up from that dream, he would always be crying. He tried leaving it as just a dream... but one day, from the sky, an angel descended.

The gang goes to an indoor swimming pool for some fun in the sun. As expected, all hell breaks loose when Tomoki goes on one of his perverted missions. 
Meanwhile, Nymph is having some issues with the loss of her master and considers asking Tomoki to be her replacement master.
