Hiiragi Seiichi is an ugly, revolting, dirty, smelly fatass; these are the insults hurled at him one after another about his appearance. Such was Seiichi's daily school life of bullying, then for some reason, one day when school was out, a voice claiming to be a God said over the PA system to prepare to be transported to another world. What's more, not Seiichi alone, but the entire school. A fantasy world where game-like elements such as as levels, stats, and skills exist. However, the God still had preparations to complete for the transfer, and would send them over as soon as the hero summoning ritual was ready. The classes all formed groups to wait for the transfer, but Seiichi alone was discluded and as such was summoned to a different area. After being transported the first thing Seiichi ate was the "Fruit of Evolution". This would come to greatly change his life
 
This story is about how Seiichi went from being severely bullied by his classmates, even not being recognized for his accomplishments, and despite all that staying positive and surviving in this new world. As a result, he somehow becomes one of the champions.

A voice actress and the bassist of [Poppin'Party](https://anilist.co/staff/153185/PoppinParty). When Rimi was in elementary school, she knew right away that she wanted to become a voice actor after seeing the anime "Mirmo de Pon!". On April 27, 2013, she auditioned for Futari wa Milky Holmes during the Milky Holmes Sisters Members Scout Audition but lost to Ayasa Itou, however she left a strong impression on Kidani Takaaki, the president of Bushiroad; when BanG Dream! was in its planning stage, Rimi was one of the first people Kidani wanted to cast into the project.

Prior to becoming a member of the BanG Dream! franchise, Rimi knew how to play piano, guitar, and bass, and although bass was the one she had least experience in, she started practicing playing it earnestly after becoming a member of Poppin'Party. Rimi Ushigome also ended up becoming her debut role in the voice acting industry.

Thanks to the Fruit of Evolution, Seiichi Hiiragi's amazing new life in another world allows him to meet dependable allies and create formidable spells. His abilities catch the attention of Barnabus Ablitt, the principal of the Barbador Academy of Magic, who invites Seiichi to become a teacher at the institution. Coincidentally, Seiichi's classmates from Earth are enrolled there, which will lead to an awkward reunion if he is to meet them.
 
Behind the scenes, however, an enigmatic cult called The Great Devil Order devises a sinister scheme to resurrect their deity and sacrifice the students of Barbador to hasten the process. As Seiichi's power is second to none, it is up to him to protect not only his friends but also the entire world from the looming darkness.
