Curly Dadan is a friend of Monkey D. Garp&#039;s and the foster mother of Portgas D. Ace and Luffy. Garp entrusted her to take care of Portgas D. Ace shortly after the boy&#039;s birth. Later, Garp also left Luffy in Dadan&#039;s care.    Dadan lives on Mt. Corvo near the Windmill Village. She is the Mt. Corvo mountain bandit boss of the Dadan family and a wanted criminal.    She was first mentioned after the Enies Lobby incident when Garp come to Water 7, which he claims that he left Luffy and Ace to train with a friend. Her name was first mentioned by mayor Woop Slap after he saw Luffy new bounty and questioned &quot;Does Dadan know!?&quot;.

Set over 20 years prior to the main One Piece story, this limited release OVA chronicles the confrontation between Gold Lion Shiki and Gold Roger as well as other events around the world around the time of the Pirate King's execution. 

The anime will explore the childhood bond between Luffy, Ace and Sabo.

One Piece Strong World 0 is a one-shot story published in Weekly Shounen Jump as a special prologue chapter to the 10th One Piece movie, Strong World. This one-shot depicts events 20 years before the current timeline of the manga, One Piece. The main focus is the relationship between Shiki, the Golden Lion and Roger, the Pirate King. In addition, it shows what other characters were doing 20 years ago.
