She's not above manipulating, whining, and complaining about her issues until people around her caves into her demands. She's the sort of person that knows what she wants and it was she that started a relationship with Saji. Louise easily gets jealous if Saji makes contact with other women.  Not much is known about Louise's past. All is known is that she comes from a very rich family in AEU, Spain. While the nature of her family fortune is unknown, the Halevy fortune grants her to live a well funded lifestyle. Sometime before AD 2307, she convinced her family to allow her to study in Japan in a aerospace school to study engineering.  In the first series, Louise Halevy is Saji Crossroad's girlfriend and fellow classmate. She becomes an acquaintance of Setsuna F Seiei when the latter becomes Saji's neighbour.  ~!While Louise is attending her cousin's wedding, Gundam Throne Meister Nena Trinity attacks the wedding party killing Louise's entire family and causing Louise to lose her left hand, which is unable to be regenerated due to the red GN particles. After the attack, broken mentally, Louise breaks off her relationship with Saji so that he can be free to pursue his dream of working in space.  In the second series, after receiving an artificial limb, Louise becomes a member of the A-Laws after Regene Regetta escorts her from a hospital to meet with Ribbons Almark, who channels her intent for revenge and world peace and attempts to make her the first purebreed Innovator with pills that enhance her physical capabilities despite the side-effect of causing slow bodily deterioriation. She learns of Setsuna's connection with Celestial Being after meeting him at a party held by Ribbons. During the A-Laws' attack on Celestial Being's asteroid base, she discovers that Saji is helping Celestial Being and assumes that he has been with Celestial Being all along. Her hatred for Celestial Being grows, first after the reported death of Soma Peries and later when her commanding officer Barack Zinin is killed in action. After the collapse of the Africa tower, she learns that Andrei Smirnov killed his own father. Shocked by the revelation, she wonders if she could ever do the same to Saji. Louise almost crosses that barrier as she gains the mobile armor Regnant from Ribbons which she uses to kill Nena, falling under Ribbons's influence after her mental breakdown. During the final battle when she clashes with him until she sees him wearing the engagement ring he gave her and she faints upon being overwhelmed by her memories of them together. At the season's epilogue and in the movie, Louise is once again in a relationship with Saji but is plagued by chronic PTSD.!~  It's believed that Louise can fluently speak Spanish since she was born in Spain. During AD 2307, she was educated in aero-engineering; however it's unclear the full aspects of her education. Not much about her was developed until AD 2312. ~!After losing her left hand in the events of AD 2307, her hand has been replaced with a prosthetic; suggesting a bionic-hand above human strength.  In the 4 year difference, she inherited the Halevy fortune, making her one of the richest women in the world; however she devoted all her resources into funding A-Laws and Innovators in MS development. Because she's an investor into the ESF's planetary security, she has been given special treatment. It's also why she has clearance and access levels above her rank.!~

It is the year A.D. 2307. Fossil fuels on Earth have been depleted entirely, with mankind turning to the next available power source: solar energy. During this time, 3 orbital elevators with solar power generation systems are built, each under control by the Union (formerly United States of America), the Human Reformist Alliance (Russia, China and India) and the AEU (Europe). However, not all countries are able to enjoy the benefits of this system, leading to widespread resentment and war. Arising out of the conflict, a mysterious non-profit military organization known as Celestial Being appears, dedicated to end all warfare using Mobile Suits called Gundam. This begins the stories of Gundam Meisters (pilots) Setsuna F. Seiei, Lockon Stratos, Allelujah Haptism and Tieria Erde as they are thrown into conflict between the 3 superpowers and the other various factions.

Michelle del Giudice Gouveia, better known as Michelle Giudice, is a Brazilian actress, singer and voice actress.

He began as an artist with his participation in Bom Dia & Cia on SBT from 1998 to 2003, as a stage assistant for Jackeline Petkovic, in 2005, aged 9, he participated in A Praça é Nossa. He entered dubbing at age 12, after taking a voice-over test for Discovery Kids.

Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. Humanity, having established the Earth Sphere Federation, forms an independent security preservation force, A-Laws, separate from the formal Federation army to further unify nations and the will of mankind. But the reality was the inhumane oppression of misuse of powers, doctrines, and ideologies in the name of unity. 
Saji Crossroad has followed the path to becoming a space engineer to keep his promise to Louise Halevy, who in turn was compelled to become involved in Federation government reform and joined A-Laws as a mobile suit pilot during the four-year gap. 
Meanwhile, Setsuna F. Seiei, having survived the climactic battle four years ago, witnessed a change in the world due to the actions of Celestial Being. With the defeat of Alejandro Corner, he dreamed of a peaceful world without conflict; but before his own eyes was the reality of the continuing strain on peace, the oppression caused by A-Laws. He decides once more to fight with Gundam, the power with the potential to change the world.

As Celestial Being and its Gundam Meisters begin their final mission to save humanity from an unimaginable threat, the Extraterrestrial Living-metal Shape-shifters (ELS), Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei is about to discover the true purpose of his evolution as an Innovator and the nature of the "dialogues" for which Aeolia Schenberg's plan had prepared the human race.
