
Imadori is the class's number two pervert (the pervert ringleader being Ganji Nishimoto). He has the special skill of knowing a girl's bra size just by looking at her chest. Interested only in girls with breast sizes of D or larger, the main targets of his flirting are the well-endowed Mikoto Suo and Lala Gonzalez, and he continues to pursue them constantly although they are strong enough to beat him down. Imadori has some physical abilities, such as being strong enough to grapple Hanai to a standstill. He works in a hair salon called "Now Bird", which his family owns. He enjoys the tokusatsu show "Hatenkou Robo Dozibiron" (a Super Sentai/Power Rangers parody). Despite constantly avoiding any involvement with Ichijou, he sometimes shows some interest in her, such as when he was admiring her singing during the cultural festival party, or cares about her, because he saved her from a night club from Suzuki. He also has a more sensitive side to him, which he shows towards Lala when he tries to get her to smile at her part-time job, even at the cost of getting walloped by her.

Tsukamoto Tenma is an ordinary 2nd year high school student who has fallen in love with one of her classmates, Karasuma Ooji. However, currently she is unable to confess her feelings to him. To make things worse, she found out that Karasuma is transferring to another school in a year. On the other hand, Tenma's other classmate, Harima Kenji (who is a delinquent) is also in love with Tenma. Not being able to confess his feelings, Harima gets depressed day by day.

Second-year student Tsukamoto Tenma learns that her secret crush, Karasuma Oji, will be transferring to a school in America. In a last-ditch effort to reveal her love to him, she writes a long (but anonymous) love letter. When Karasuma ends up postponing his transfer for another year, Tenma realizes she has to tell him how she feels before time runs out again. But her extreme nervousness around him prompts her to try and setup all sorts of schemes to get close to him and let him know, without actually coming out and saying it. Meanwhile, unknown to Tenma, the school delinquent, Harima Kenji, has the biggest crush on her, as well as the same anxieties about being direct. Around this love triangle of clueless people are a few of Tenma's friends, and her younger (but older looking, more mature, and more popular) sister, Yakumo.
