Grein is the strong but silent type, saying only a few words when he speaks, and speaking only to those he respects. Despite this, Negimaru is able to interpret his silence as if he were speaking. 

Bartley Asprius is a large and balding Britannian general who commands the Code R research team.    ~!After the assassination of Clovis, he is stripped of his rank by Jeremiah and sent back to Britannia as a prisoner. He subsequently returns to the military under the command of Prince Schneizel. He oversees Jeremiah Gottwald's transformation into a cyborg and tries in vain to stop Jeremiah when he wakes up prematurely. After V.V. recruits Jeremiah, Bartley is ordered by the Emperor to help finish Jeremiah's modifications, which he does not seem happy about. After completing his task, he expresses the desire to leave, knowing that the Emperor's plans could mean the end of the world. During the Black Knights assault on the Geass Directorate stronghold, Bartley is killed in the attack. At first it appears to Mustang that Raven can be trusted (the General&#039;s jovial nature and complimentary speech putting the nervous Colonel at ease) but when Mustang tests the waters by mentioning a rumor about the F&uuml;hrer being a Homunculus, Raven leads Roy into the Central Command room and repeats the rumor for all (including Bradley himself) to hear, revealing that ALL of Central Command is already entrenched in the malevolent machinations taking place in Amestris at Father&#039;s behest. !~

A member of the eldora five, Bario is the voice of reason and patience within the group. Teppei is Satoko and Satoshi's uncle/foster father. He and his wife were forced to take care of Satoko and Satoshi after the death of their parents, but they abused them. He currently lives in Okinomiya. According to Kasai, he is a pimp and uses his lover Rina to swindle men out of their money.   ~!He is killed by Keiichi in Tatarigoroshi-hen and by Rena in Tsumihoroboshi-hen, in their attempts to protect Satoko and Rena's father respectively.!~

In order to defend his city from invading forces, he fortified his entire city with traps. However, the traps were so elaborate that many of Amon&#039;s own people, including his own son Xenos (ゼノス Zenosu?), were killed by them. Eventually the Dragon Emperor&#039;s Army lost their morale and abandoned Amon, leaving only his younger twin brother and former General, who continued supporting Amon out of pity.

The Great Tengu of Mount Kurama is an aged yokai who was Hagoromo Gitsune's right-hand man 400 years ago. During the battle between her forces and Nurarihyon's, he fought against Gyuki. His place has since been usurped by Minagoroshi Jizo, who rewrote the memories of the rest of Hagoromo Gitsune's forces to forget that the tengu was ever among them. As a means of revenge, the Great Tengu of Mount Kurama decides to prevent Nue's birth and strikes a deal with Gyuki in regards to Rikuo's training in Kyoto to assist in the process. However, when he begins to feel that the training is taking too long, he sends his underlings to retrieve Nenekirimaru on their own - which ultimately proves unsuccessful.

Moria is the captain of the world&#039;s biggest pirate ship, Thriller Bark, and has a former bounty of 320,000,000 Beli. Moria apparently has the power to turn people&#039;s shadows (including his own) into solid objects due to the power of the Kage Kage no Mi (Shadow Shadow Fruit), but the full extent of his powers are yet unknown. He is the one who stole Brook&#039;s, and various other beings&#039; shadows. The loss of a being&#039;s shadow causes them to go into a two day coma, and to be vaporized if they come in contact with sunlight. The shadow acts a second soul, duplicating its owner&#039;s movements and mannerisms. Moria creates zombies by inserting a shadow into a lifeless corpse. Coupled with physiologically enhanced bodies engineered by Hogback, he is able to create powerful and obedient zombie warriors. However, if the original owner of the shadow dies, the zombie created from that person&#039;s shadow will also die. As a result, Moria has the de-shadowed people placed on their ship and removed from Thriller Bark.

Jinbe is a whale shark fishman who was the second captain of the Sunny Pirates after Fisher Tiger, and who became a Shichibukai eight years ago. Jinbe's name comes from jinbei-zame (甚平鮫), which means "whale shark" in Japanese. His epithet, Kaikyou would normally translate into "Strait" or "Channel". However since the kanji for it is written as (海侠の) and not (海峡の), the kyou part (侠) of it comes from (任侠), a honorific used when addressing a high ranking yakuza member, thus making his epithet a Japanese pun.
