She is part of the 5121 squad, and is seen a number of times activating the PBE bomb for use against Genjyu Brain's.  Due to the experiments, she can no longer grow and stays in the form of a child in mind and body. Though this doesn't fact doesn't effect her behaviour and she cares deeply for the people around her. She is one of the reasons that the squad works well together.

Her short height and childish behavior commonly lead people to believe she is younger than her actual age of 14.  Inamura is aware that Naoto is the script writer ,she also has feelings for Naoto and get frustrated because he never notices her.　It is suggested that she is the one who is eavesdropping when Mistuki is having a secret conversation  with Naoto in which that he'll be the show's scriptwriter, thus telling everyone of the cast  that he (Naoto) is actually not a cameraman in training.

In Harley Rides Again, she went to the Wisteria Town Contest  to speak to May but decided to just send her a letter when May lost. However, she forgot to sign it and, as the letter came with a rose, May mistakenly thought that the letter was from Drew. May kept the letter until she met Brianna shortly before another Contest in Spontaneous Combusken. It was there that she discovered what the letter actually meant.    Brianna does not let the subject drop and, after they both get through the appeals, Brianna asks May how she feels about Drew, causing May to blush and stutter that she hasn&#039;t thought about it much. After the Contest, Drew assures Brianna that she is a good Coordinator and she faints in May&#039;s arms.    Brianna reappeared in Thinning the Hoard!, where she was seen watching the Kanto Grand Festival from her home. Her home is shown to have various pictures of her, Drew, and May.
