A notorious Exodus specialist and a formidable combatant who has earned the nickname &quot;Black Southern Cross&quot;, we are first introduced to Gain Bijou as he is taken into custody inside the Siberian Domepolis. Gain's mission in the dome is to oversee a mass Exodus from the city by those wishing to flee the tyrannical oppression of the government in order to start their lives anew. With an appointment to keep, Gain makes his escape from prison, opting to take Gainer with him since the Exodus is about to start and the city's attention is focused on the big festival and popular idol singer Meeya Laujin. After stealing an Overman, which he has Gainer pilot, as well as taking the daughter of the Duke who controls the city hostage, Gain takes to piloting his Gotchko and demonstrates his formidable skills on the battlefield against the defending security patrols of the Siberian Railway. 

Ryujiro was part of Tomonoshin Shibui's gang and were patrons in the teahouse in episode one.    ~!Impatient with Fuu's clumsiness, Tomonoshin ordered Ryujiro to use his new sword to cut off part of Fuu as a "lesson". Mugen interferes when Fuu offers Mugen 100 free dumplings for helping her. Ryujiro picks a fight with Mugen and ends up getting half of his right forearm severed by Mugen. Enraged, he burns down the teahouse, killing Tomonoshin.   Ryujiro returns in episode two to seek revenge on Mugen, Jin, and Fuu, whom he blames for him losing his arm, and to satisfy his desire to see people suffer. He frees Oniwakamaru from jail for use as a bodyguard, kidnaps Fuu to use as a hostage, uses Hotaru to seduce and poison Mugen, and hires a very skilled assassin to kill Jin. !~

 __Tokyo Babylon__ Seishirou is a kind veterinarian. He joins in with Hokuto in teasing Subaru about them getting married, but always laughs it off as Subaru blushes furiously.  ~!Seishirou is actually the Sakurazukamori (powerful assasin onmyouji), or the "Sakura Assassin" whose signature is cherry blossoms and the symbol of an inverted pentagram. He made a bet with Subaru long ago, which entails the climax of the series.!~   __X__  ~!Seishirou is one of the Dragons of Earth, where he reveales his true self as a cold-hearted assassin who killed Subaru's twin sister Hokuto. In their final battle at Rainbow Bridge, Seishirou arranges for Subaru to kill him realizing who really won the bet.!~   __Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle__ A vampire hunter who chases after the vampire twins (Subaru and Kamui) across worlds. By exchanging his right eye, he received the power to cross dimensions from Yuuko Ichihara, the Witch of Dimensions. He was also the one who taught Syaoran how to fight.

Artur Blouse is the father of Sasha Blouse and a hunter in the Dauper village. It was his words that motivated Sasha to leave home and join the military.

Artur appears to be a mature father figure who is deeply devoted to his clan. Though he appreciates his way of life, he realizes that many people's homes were taken by Titans and that they must share the forest for the greater good. He appears to be very wise, willing to accept change and move beyond their traditions if it meant a better way of life for everyone, and is very clearly a selfless person who puts others before himself. Like his daughter, he has a native Dauper accent.
