 The main antagonist of the series, Drake is the lord who initially orders Shō (and others) drawn into Byston Well. An ambitious man, Drake believes he is doing the right thing by forcefully uniting the people of Byston Well under his banner. His personal life is not much better, as, while he holds love for his daughter, Rimul, he fails to realize that she&#039;s been working against him. Similarly, he also remains oblivious to his wife&#039;s plotting behind his back with Bishot to have him eliminated. During the final battle, he commands the battleship Will-Wips.

Garner was a section chief in the 3WA at the beginning of the series. A veteran of the Gamorian Riots, he was instrumental in helping to rebuild the 3WA in the aftermath. Now approaching retirement, he has the unenviable task of molding two bickering junior auxiliary agents - Kei and Yuri - into first-class trouble consultants.   Garner was also a good friend of the original Lovely Angels, Iris and Molly, and it troubles him that Kei and Yuri were given the 'Lovely Angels' codename by the 3WA's central mainframe. Space Butler first appears in the second episode of the anime series, Quack Experimental Anime: Excel Saga. Space Butler, standing quite tall, is an old man. Aside from being dressed in violet, and having a wacky mixture of colors for hair, it isn't to hard to guess that Space Butler is indeed a butler. We first meet Space Butler on the mothership of the Puchuu Clan. He just can't stand how cute 'em little Puchuus are, doing their war dance and all. Space Butler is actually on a mission.
