Mamoru Chiba is the major romantic interest of Usagi Tsukino. He is often portrayed as stoic, steady and introverted. ~!This may be because when he was young his parents died in a car crash. This blocked his childhood memories of his current lifetime and opened up the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Tuxedo Mask is a disguise Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito and, later, assist the Sailor Senshi in battle.  He is always addressed as Mamo-chan by Usagi throughout the series (Chibiusa also addresses him with this nickname later on). After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. The couple eventually gets married. In the future, they become king and queen of Earth and Crystal Tokyo and have a child together whom they name, Small Lady, but is in the majority of the series known as Chibiusa.  The manga develops Mamoru more extensively, showing that the car crash happened on his birthday and gives a glimpse of his parents. He also is given the power of psychometry, which also showed up in the anime, but was not given a name. This manifests in his ability to see and read dreams (such as Chibiusa's), heal people and monitor the status of the Earth. The anime tends not to develop Mamoru as much, however, he is shown to be more social than his manga counterpart. He's interested in a variety of subjects and is shown as smart.  Mamoru also has his left ear pierced in the manga, a trait that does not carry over to his anime counterpart.!~

Yasutora Sado, or as his friends call him, Chad, is a teenager of Mexican descent who is close friends with [Ichigo Kurosaki](https://anilist.co/character/5/Ichigo-Kurosaki). He is extremely tall and appears to be much older than he actually is.

Chad is a quiet person and is sometimes the subject of jokes or bullies because he never fights back, against ordinary humans, or often hollows and Soul Reapers until necessary. Nonetheless, he is treated equally within his group of friends in Karakura (Ichigo, Keigo and Mizuiro). Chad also has a weakness for cute things, like small animals and Kon, and is one of the few characters that actually treats Kon with any dignity but for the most part ignores him. To match his extraordinary size, Chad possesses extraordinary superhuman durability, even before activating his spiritual powers, being able to survive the impact of a falling steel girder on his back and a head-on motorcycle collision, and is strong enough to break telephone poles and wield them as giant clubs, even when already injured. Besides his physical strength, Chad has also shown to be very intelligent; he ranked 10th out of 322 in school, while Ichigo ranked 23rd.

Crocodine is a massive anthropomorphic crocodile who used to be the general of the Hundred Beasts Army. After having been defeated by Dai and Pop&#039;s teamwork, he was inspired by Pop&#039;s courage and later joins the party. He has many beasts still under his control, even despite Hadlar&#039;s influence throughout all the world and has a powerful weapon called the &quot;Void Axe&quot;, which allows him to cast Bagi, one of the two wind spells available. He later acquires an even more powerful axe from the legendary swordsmith Lon Berk when the Void Axe is destroyed in the first fight with Vearn.

Pakkun is one of Kakashi's summoning dogs, probably his favorite. He is a helpful tracker dog that can find and track most things; he's very calm, cool, and collected.

Shinomori Aoshi was raised a ninja of the Oniwabanshū, who worked for the Shogunate government during the Edo period. He helped to raise Makimachi Misao from childhood as a member of the Oniwabanshū. After the revolution, since a few members of the Oniwabanshū were unable to adapt to life in the Meiji era, Aoshi and these members worked for the corrupt, power-hungry business man, Takeda Kanryū instead. Aoshi&#039;s subordinates included Beshimi, who specialised in darts and poison; Hyotoko, whose name literally means &quot;Fire Man&quot; and uses flint-and-steel teeth to breathe fire; Han&#039;nya, a skilled martial artist, deft ninjutsu practitioner and Aoshi&#039;s student; and Shikijou, a &quot;muscle man&quot;.  Aoshi himself remains an enigma. He rarely (if ever) shows emotions in or out of a battle. His weapon in the beginning of the series involved only one kodachi (in combination with martial arts). However, after his defeat at Himura Kenshin&#039;s hands at Kanryu&#039;s mansion, he dedicated himself fully to revenge for the sake of his fallen comrades. When Aoshi next appears, he uses double-kodachi, and seems to have fully disregarded his emotions in order to kill Himura.   They fight at Shishio Makoto&#039;s mansion in order to settle the score, and upon the battle&#039;s break, Aoshi realizes where he went wrong, and becomes somewhat of an ally.

Vega (Balrog in the Japanese version), is one of the bosses of the Street Fighter fighting game series.  Vega uses his own fighting style of which is a blend of Ninjutsu and Bullfighting.     Vega was born to a noble family in Catalonia, Spain. As he matured, Vega studied Bullfighting, a cultural tradition amongst the nobles. Afterward, he went to Japan and learned Ninjutsu, a style he believed meshed well with his natural grace and agility. Returning home, Vega combined Bullfighting with Ninjutsu and went into an underground cage fighting circuit where quickly became one of the best. Tragedy struck one day when Vega witnessed the murder of his beautiful mother at the hands of his unattractive father. Her murder was punishment for disrespecting him as his father believed. Witnessing this tragic event warped Vega&#039;s mind and from then on he lived a double life; a suave nobleman by day and a narcissistic killer by night who enjoys mutilating ugly people to death using a three-pronged wrist-mounted razor-sharp claw. His very first victim was his father.    Vega&#039;s brutal fighting skills and remorseless nature impressed the criminal leader known as M. Bison so much that he came to him personally with an offer to join Shadaloo. Vega accepted Bison&#039;s offer purely to improve his own aesthetic senses. A rhino-like agent of Jadow, codenamed "Iron Ogre". He scarred Capt. Blue during a previous battle they had. Wields a battle axe and wears a horned helmet. Also sings and collects motorcycles. After being defeated by Joe in the second episode, Hulk attempted to cover his weakness (his toe); at first he attempted to cover it by wearing iron boots. However, the boots severely impeached his movement. He later created a metal guard to encase his weak toe in. Giving him no known weak point. After the fall of Jadow and before he was hired by Gedow, Hulk owned a small meat stand.

Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine. He was first introduced in Loguetown.  Smoker is a muscular white haired man, who carries the very distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once. He wears a large thick white and blue specialist Marine jacket which he keeps open with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket which has the kanji for "justice" written on the back of it. He carries a Seastone tipped jutte as his weapon. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots.  Smoker is a tough Marine, who when first introduced, was trying to track down Luffy in Loguetown. Unlike many other Marines in One Piece, Smoker does not follow the rule of Absolute Justice and follows his own brand of justice, which he later preaches to Tashigi.  Despite his stern, businesslike manner, he does seem to have a soft side.

Megumu is an esper and a former member of Claw. He was part of the upper echelon called "Scar".

Ugly inside and out, Jingoro plots to leave every last Jouga in his slimy wake. When his body comes into contact with salt, Jingoro trasnforms into a monstrous jelly-like state in which he&#039;s able to sneak behind enemy lines undetected, or even into his opponet&#039;s body by entering through any exposed orificies.

Hauer is one of Laocorn Gaudeamus's three element-controlling henchman. He is a very powerful fighter, and has the ability to control the winds. He wears a mask to hide his pretty face because he feels no one is worthy of looking at him. The only thing he cares about is winning a fight, no matter what it takes to do so.

Rou Dai Kaioushin is a Kaioushin who came out of the Z sword, in which he had been trapped and stuck to the ground by an old enemy, according to him a "incredibly strong evil fellow". He resembles the East Kaioushin, but with an older, wrinkled face, and a small mustache. Son Gohan releases him during the Majin Buu Saga when he breaks the Zeta sword, while trying to cut a block made of the strongest material in the universe. After being released, he agreed to help Gohan unlock his full potential so he could defeat Majin Buu, but only in exchange for getting to date an Earth woman.  Centuries ago, he used to be quite handsome by his own standards, but a hideous witch came up to him and stole one of his Potara Fusion Earrings and put it on. Ro Dai Kaioushin was instantly combined with the witch permanently. While he lost his looks, he gained more magical power. In the Majin Buu Saga he sacrifices his life so Son Goku can live, and gives him the Potara earrings to fuse with Gohan on Earth. However, as he was already residing in heaven, his death had little effect aside from producing a halo over his head. Turles (ターレス Tāresu; Tullece) is a Saiyan and the primary antagonist in the Dragon Ball Z movie special, The Tree of Might. He was once a member of the Saiyan Army under the Planet Trade Organization, but went defunct and off into the cosmos to conquer planets for himself. His first appearance was in the third Dragon Ball Z movie and the second was in the two-volume VHS O.V.A. released as a &quot;Official Visual Guide&quot; for the Bandai NES game, Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans.     Turles&#039; name is a pun on the vegetable &quot;lettuce&quot;. The name is written out as ターレス, Tāresu. If the first two syllables are rearranged, it becomes レタース, retāsu. Ignoring the elongated &quot;a&quot; sound, it becomes the accurate Japanese spelling of &quot;lettuce&quot;, レタス retasu.     Aside from a different skin tone and two &quot;devil horns&quot; in his hair, Turles looks exactly the same as Goku. In the Dragon Ball Z: Anime Film Comics, it was stated that the reason why Turles and Goku looked alike is because within the low-rank Saiyans, the facial patterns of each warrior were similar, thus making it easy to mark which Saiyans were low-class warriors. However, Turles said that Goku was &quot;low-class trash&quot;, implying Turles may not have been a low-class Saiyan after all. Though, he bears a resemblance to Bardock, Goku&#039;s father.          turles is a Saiyan warrior and former servant of Frieza. It is assumed that Turles escaped Planet Vegeta&#039;s destruction because he was on a mission. Nearly thirty years after Planet Vegeta&#039;s destruction, Turles, along with his squad of henchmen, make their way toward Earth to check up on the Saiyan, Kakarot (Goku).     Turles&#039; age is unknown, though he appears to be around same age as Goku. Seeing as he abandoned Frieza long before Goku was born, it is assumed he is older.   

The man who hosts every Tenka-ichi Budokai from the beginning of Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon Ball Z. He mainly just commentates on the matches, but over the years he has become an acquaintance with the Z Warriors, and knows that they are responsible for saving the Earth. He even says so in one episode that they killed Cell, although it was Son Gohan in actuality that destroyed the villain. He doubts Mr. Satan's abilities, such as in the episode Vegeta goes out of control. In every tournament, aside from the 21st, something bad happens that enhances his role such as in the King Piccolo Saga, he witnessed Kuririn murdered by the Demon King Piccolo's warrior Tambourine and later he becomes very important as he witnesses Son Goku's fight with Piccolo from the sidelines with the others, making him one of the few "civilians" to know the truth.   At the end of Dragon Ball Z, his age starts to show as he is losing hair and has very noticeable wrinkles, but in Dragon Ball GT his descendant's hair remains white. Although he doubts Mr. Satan for being the one who defeated Cell, he praises him in order to make fans cheer.

After Crow Jamian perished at the hands of Phoenix Ikki, Algol, Capella and Dante revealed themselves. The Phoenix Saint warned the other Bronze Saints that Algol was different from his friends, and Algol soon turned Andromeda Shun into stone with the Shield of Medusa, which could petrify opponents when it opened its eyes.     Algol then battled with Dragon Shiryū, but was outsmarted when the Dragon Saint blinded his eyes with his own fingers so that he could not see the Medusa Shield, as last resort to stop Algol and save the other Bronze Saints&#039; lives. After a lengthy battle, Algol charged for a final attack, but was in the end defeated by Shiryū, who heightened his Cosmo to &quot;see&quot; beyond his blindness.

Very little is known about Kosaburo's early life. At one point in time, he was training to become a Rocket member at the same time as Musashi, Kojiro, and Yamato. 
Yamato and Kosaburo were assigned together and now work as a team, capturing Pokémon for Team Rocket. 
There is a running gag, in which other characters usually call him by an incorrect name.    
Kosaburo was not seen with Pokémon in his possession until his third appearance; before that time, Yamato had always been the one to battle with her Pokémon. He's, however, has other skills typical of Rockets, including disguise and some physical prowess. 

Butch reappeared in JN095, running a bakery in a quiet coastal village alongside a female Meowth. He served Jessie, Meowth, and Wobbuffet after they ran into him, commenting that he had left Team Rocket and Cassidy after getting fed up with the routine.

Juan is the Gym Leader of Sootopolis City's Gym. He left his Gym in the care of his former student, Wallace, but returned after Wallace replaced Steven and moved up to the position of Pokémon Champion. He gives the Rain Badge to Trainers who defeat him. He specializes in Water-type Pokémon.

He began his career illustrating album covers at Warner Music for eight years. At the same time, he created comic books and published some science fiction stories in the French version of Heavy Metal. He began his career as a voice actor at Álamo, in 1992.
